Return Policy 

I gladly accept exchanges (resizing) and cancellations 

*Contact me within 3 days of delivery

*Ship item back within 7 days of delivery

*Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase

 

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS (NO refunds) 

: but please contact me if there is an issue with your order. 

 

Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, there is a NO refund policy because mostly all of the orders are custom made and/or personalized...

 

Conditions of returns in the event that there is a condition which requires a return:

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

 

Care Instructions:

The jewelry is easy to care for:

Wipe it down with a cloth if possible. To maintain the beauty and luster, do not wear in water. Apply lotions and perfumes prior to putting jewelry on. Do not submerge in jewelry cleaner! The best way for this jewelry to stay beautiful is to please keep it in the jewelry bag or box that is provided when you're not wearing it. 

 

Please keep in mind that unless you opt for the real 14kt gold filled beading, there is a possibility that the imitation jewelry will tarnish. I CANNOT put a guarantee on how long the imitation beading will last!
